Krystal Holmes, Founder & CEO of Krystal Home Services LLC, Powered by Generational Love & Wellness, brings over 18 years of experience in the healthcare and human services field. Her experience includes serving individuals in nursing homes, group homes, private home care, and through various healthcare agencies, providing compassionate, person-centered support to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Although she brings years of experience to the profession, Krystal believes that learning never stops. She approaches every client, family, and opportunity with humility, compassion, and a willingness to continue growing.

What is the difference between APD provider services and homemaker & companion services?
Homemaker & companion services are private-pay services focused on a clean, comfortable home, friendly companionship, reminders, and errands. APD provider services are funded through the Agency for Persons with Disabilities and include hands-on personal care, life skills development, and respite care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Can I use both private homemaker services and APD services at the same time?
Yes. Many families use private homemaker & companion care for everyday household and social support, while APD services cover the medical and developmental supports approved through a support plan.
Who qualifies for APD provider services?
Individuals with developmental disabilities who are enrolled with Florida's Agency for Persons with Disabilities and have an approved support plan may qualify. We're happy to guide families through how this works.

Yes. Krystal Home Services LLC is insured and bonded, and every caregiver is carefully screened so your family can feel confident and secure.
